Terms & Conditions

1. Orders & Payment

All orders require full payment upfront via bank transfer before production begins. Your order is confirmed after payment verification, which is completed within 24 hours of transfer.

2. Production & Lead Time

Our standard production lead time is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation. We send progress photos throughout production. Lead times for highly customised pieces will be confirmed at order time.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of order confirmation only. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled, as each piece is built specifically to your requirements.

4. Warranty

Every piece carries a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. To make a claim, report the defect within 7 days of noticing it, with photos, via Instagram DM or your order contact. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only — it does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear, or alterations made after delivery.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available within Abuja and to all 36 states. Delivery cost is calculated based on destination state and order size, and confirmed before dispatch.
